In this collaborative environmental planning studio project, I worked in a group to design an eco-village plan in the Hwaseong wetlands in the Republic of Korea that included open space for wetland birds, a commerce center to support the local economy and small sleeping cabins for visitors to stay.
I used google earth engine to process Sentinel-1 imagery to visualise the tidal inundation in the Hwaseong wetlands to study which areas have the most habitat value for migratory water birds.
Using javascript in google earth engine, I performed unsupervised classification of Landsat 8 imagery to delineate cover classes around the Hwaseong wetland.
